Safe Kids Wood County

Safe Kids Wood County formed as a chapter in January 2006 and became a coalition in July 2010. The coalition is led by the Wood County Health Department.

The chapter focuses on:

  • Fire and burn safety.
    • Delivering Fire Prevention.
  • Home Safety.
    • Home Safety Assessments.
  • Safe Sleep.
    • Cribs for Kids.
  • Water safety.
    • Water Safety Day
  • Wheel safety.
